In the video she practically brags about how they circumvent federal law by declaring before performing a procedure that it won’t involve harvesting the organs but then going ahead and harvesting them. Apparently the law tracks the declared intent, not what actually happens.

That’s a pretty lame defense. How about “no evidence YET.” It’s pretty hard to defend the indefensible, so they have to go with arguments like “no controlling legal authority”, or attacking the people who dare to bring it up.

Stay on the attack, conservatives! Make them try to defend their evil.
