Even as the public remains closely divided about his presidency, Barack Obama is holding on to his support from the so-called “Obama coalition” of minorities, liberals and young Americans, an Associated Press-GfK poll shows, creating an incentive for the next Democratic presidential nominee to stick with him and his policies.
Hillary Rodham Clinton, by comparison, is viewed somewhat less favorably by the key voting groups whose record-setting turnout in 2008 propelled Obama to the White House and will be crucial to her own success.
Roughly two-thirds of Hispanics view Obama favorably, compared to just over half of Hispanics who say the same about Clinton. Among self-identified liberals, Obama’s favorability stands at 87 percent, to Clinton’s 72 percent. Half of Americans under the age of 30 view Obama favorably, compared to just 38 percent for his former secretary of state. …

Well, I can see why since President “Spread the Wealth” keeps handing out productive people’s money. Although the young are especially stupid to support him because they will be left holding the bag when the country finally collapses into bankruptcy, riots and anarchy. He will be dead when they realize just how badly his handout spree destroyed their lives. I guess they will be able to p__s on his grave but that’s cold comfort.
Because they are more out of touch and detached from reality than any previous generation. Obtuse as well.
The aforementioned ‘young Americans’ will be the ones to reap the whirlwind they have sown.

After seeing some of the “man on the street” videos of some of these “supporters”, we may be in more trouble than we thought. No clue about the BOR or the constitution. The govt will let us know what’s right and what’s wrong. Sheesh!

LOL, hilarious headline.
Obama’s approval is 43% in this poll. His disapproval is 55%.
Yet the headline and bulk of the story skips that and focuses in on the few shreds of good news in it for the media’s God King.
Basically this poll is nothing but bad news for Obama. It actually furthers the argument that maybe the GOP should zero in on the white vote and completely quit trying to win over minorities.
If you spend any time among those demographics you realize that the article is accurate and that these are some of the most incredibly stupid, poorly read, sorry excuses for Americans imaginable. Not a single original thought among the group. They fall in line with whatever the latest pop celebrity says. It’s very disheartening.
From my limited interaction with young whites, I don’t believe this headline; then I see how many of the “minorities” and “young” are actually one & the same (since so many whites won’t breed), and I absolutely believe it. Just as “socialist” was called “the new N word” (to protect Obama during his campaigns by removing socialism from the public discussion), the word “young” is becoming synonymous with “non-white”...
Today’s politics can be summed up as those with no economic future battling those with no genetic future for their wealth.
More evidence on the damage wrought by publik skoolz . . .
Nonetheless, academia must be neutered.
