A Lake County (FL) doctor previously accused of hiring a hitman to kill a business partner was arrested after police said customers caught him in the act of taking a video up a woman's skirt in Publix, police said.
Police said Akram Ismail, 57, was shopping in the Eagle Ridge shopping center store Thursday afternoon when several customers spotted him open the camera app on his phone, bend down and move the camera under a woman's skirt.
