Bruce “Caitlyn” Jenner has spoken, and I’m more confused now than ever before. And that’s saying something.
During ESPN’s 2015 ESPY Awards, Bruce Jenner received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award. In an introductory speech, video tribute, and acceptance speech that spanned nearly 30 minutes of air-time, the story of “Caitlyn’s” transformation was told.
But it was told in an entirely different way than what I expected. It was depressing. Take Abby Wambach’s opening monologue. She began by sounding the call to rally around an issue “not enough of us stand up for.” Okay, here’s the part where she’s going to tell us to rally around the cause of general LGBT acceptance, right?
So, let's talk about a way we can make our country better. Let's talk about an issue that not enough of us stand up for. At some point in their lives, 20% of transgender people are homeless. They get bullied, assaulted and murdered at dramatically higher rates than the general public. And one recent study said that 41% of them attempt suicide at some point in their lives. Now though, there's a new story. The story of someone whose mission isn't to bring attention to herself, but the ones who truly need it.

Yep! I'm antenna and internet now. So many movies are junk anyway, it doesn't matter much for that. Reality TV? Blech. Remember when cable's draw was 'no commercials'?

Re Bruce/Caitlyn on “Dancing with the stars”:
Since B/C has announced that he’s in love with some other weirdly gendered freak, and he’s such a big ‘un, would his partner be a man or a woman? And which role in dance would he take—would he be tossing his partner around, of whatever sex, real or simulated. The mind boggles... if it watches that sort of thing, which I don’t.
Come on, Bruce, when are you doing a spread for Playboy?

A woman who fathered 6 children? I am curious how "she" managed to accomplish this?
I just don’t understand how (real) women tolerate this assault on their very being.
But then, I have tons of issues with today’s American women.
Insane or just suffering from some disease of old age maybe? I’m trying to be kind here, just hoping that’s what it is.
I forced myself to watch the background piece. The gist:
Bruce Jenner was always a woman, but was too scared to let people know about it...especially his wives and children. So, only after his children were grown and wives were divorced...and after being a tranny had gone mainstream, did Bruce feel safe ‘coming out’.
Even if you buy into this tranny stuff, where’s the Arthur Ashe ‘courage’ that was displayed?

I don’t think we have responsible public spokespeople who really understand how destructive this glamorization of transgenderism will be. First, it’s a mental disorder. Next, on the basis of one crazy publicity whore, we are sending a horrible message to kids to experiment with their gender.
This can only lead to broken lives, mental and emotional problems and a lot of homely men running around in dresses.
If he had real courage, he would have come out before competing in the Olympics.

Bruce remains UN-CHOPPED so really this is a farce with a male transvestite. Some moron who likes wearing woman’s cloths and gets female hormone injections
