Better yet, force them to house, feed, employ the people they want to bring in. Same for AA crap. Let them go to a doctor who graduated at the bottom of his class because he was admitted under AA.

I’m not a Trump fan, but I do believe he is doing us a great service. He is not afraid to say what many people are thinking. He is forcing the country to examine a few issues that the libs have either lied about or swept under the rug. So, on that count, Hooray for Trump!

My instincts tell me that Trump can still be problematic.

That being said, if we look at our field of candidates, which one(s) of them couldn’t be? My two favorites lied. One lied about his immigration policy changing. The other lied about not supporting the new trade deal.

Trump is demonized as if he’s the guy we better be afraid of. Why? I’m scared to death of all of them.

We act as if someone coming out of this Congress could be better than Trump. Look at what Congress has allowed to take place. It could strike down the SCOTUS ruling on homosexuals. Will it?

We both know the answer to that. We can’t even get someone to talk about it in public, much less fix it.

Okay, so Trump may wind up doing some things we don’t like. Wow, where have we seen that before?

How about the last ass hat the GOPe put into the White House.

From the movie Aliens, one of the few really good sequels around:

Leave us not forget that Gannet Communications founder and newspaper publisher Guy Gannett was a Yale graduate and a hell of a patriot. He'd be disgusted at what the empire he founded has become.

letter to both my MN rat senators:

We hope you are as worried by the Obama administration’s recent decisions to restrict the ability of DHS and ICE to enforce immigration laws as we are. The administration has made it nearly impossible for the agencies to apprehend and detain illegal aliens. We hope you will pass important pieces of legislation, such as Sen. Jeff Sessions’ Michael Davis, Jr. and Danny Oliver in Honor of State and Local Law Enforcement Act, to require the administration to enforce the law.

The Obama administration has taken steps to enact its “Priority Enforcement Program” (PEP). This program prohibits ICE agents from directly targeting illegal aliens for removal and only allows ICE to detain arrested illegal aliens who have committed the most egregious crimes. ICE can no longer detain illegal aliens for offenses including drug possession, theft, fraud, and cases involving most crimes of moral turpitude.

Moreover, DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson announced: “I have reached the conclusion that we must make substantial changes in our detention practices with respect to families with children. In short, once a family has established eligibility for asylum or other relief under our laws, long-term detention is an inefficient use of our resources and should be discontinued.” Even though a new report shows that 84% of illegal aliens who crossed the border during the recent border surge never showed up for their court hearings, the administration believes it is bad policy, or perhaps just unflattering politics, to hold illegal aliens until their cases can he heard. This makes it unlikely that hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens will ever face asylum proceedings and will be free to remain in the country.

The administration’s refusal to enforce the law puts our national security at risk. Congress needs to act to rectify the situation and make sure immigration laws are enforced. Several proposed bills already before Congress would help to remedy the situation. One bill, the Michael Davis, Jr. and Danny Oliver in Honor of State and Local Law Enforcement Act, would allow state and local police agencies to enforce immigration laws, crack down on renegade sanctuary cities, and empower ICE agents to enforce the law. This bill needs to be passed to check President Obama’s overreach and ensure our nation’s security.

Please do all you can to get it passed.
