Moments ago, in a departure from the U.S. Supreme Court's protection of the Little Sisters of the Poor last year, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit ruled that the Little Sisters must comply with the government's HHS mandate. This mandate forces religious ministries to violate their faith or pay massive IRS penalties.

Corporate ruling. Literally. The Court is ruling that such a CORPORATION has to abide by the CORPORATE requirements of the HHS mandate.
Solution? DIS-incorporate.
They just need to declare themselves a sanctuary city that need not comply.
Wouldn’t the Little Sisters be more qualified to know what their religion is and what violates its tenets than unelected seculat lawyers?
Dammit, has this issue not been DEALT with, in a rare moment of sanity, by SCOTUS?
Hobby Lobby was a FOR PROFIT corporation and SCOTUS ruled in their favor.
Why do these godless judges not realize they’re on the losing side of history?

Why are these “judges” (sic) not named? There will be people who realize they know them and have interactions with them that the judges cannot avoid. These judges do not want public “feedback”.
They just need to declare themselves a sanctuary city that need not comply.

I am working on a long argument asserting that the Constitution is just a piece of paper; totally meaningless.
However, the Declaration of Independence in not.
