I thought Bush gave Cosby that medal, not Obama.
Bush was the one who awarded the medal to Cosby, but if one of his medals could be revoked it would set a precedent for others to be revoked regardless of who awarded it, and Obama has awarded it to people who are less deserving than those selected by most presidents.
