I think you need to read the Constitution. I don’t remember it saying anything about giving or revoking medals.

If Obama KNEW then what he KNOWS now, would he have glorified Bill Cosby with the Presidential Freedom Medal and should he ask for it back now?
I thought Bush gave Cosby that medal, not Obama.
Bush was the one who awarded the medal to Cosby, but if one of his medals could be revoked it would set a precedent for others to be revoked regardless of who awarded it, and Obama has awarded it to people who are less deserving than those selected by most presidents.
