Obama wants Iran to be an insane nuclear power. Nothing more complex than that. The deal (capitulation) is terrible on purpose.
Israel needs to get it done immediately as the odds will only get longer against success, but I suspect Obama in every way possible has told Bibi that he will destroy Israel if it attacks Iran. He has also probably threatened Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Arab States and anyone else who might help in an attack on Iran.

Iranian President Rouhani led a parade of hate in the streets of Tehran, where the masses shouted “Death to America,” and “Death to Israel.”Obama and Kerry, by approving of a deal with Iran, are shouting with every cell of their beings the exact same thing. As well as Hilliary and anyone else that agrees with the afore mentioned traitors to America.
We have been engaged in WWIII for some time now, and a deal with advantage to a great enemy of the Free World accelerates the sacrifice of freedom to the evils of this present age. With it will come the deaths of many.

Since Israel cannot penetrate the underground facilities without using nukes, they'll have to put dozens of supported Commando teams on the ground simultaneously.
They will have to fly CAP and provide strong air-to-ground support.
And hundreds of Israeli patriots will die.
But, they'll do it.
And, I assure you NOBODY in Iran has prepared for such a scenario.

And if / when Israel does attack the various Iranian nuclear sites and if they are not completely successful - then we all Know - that Israel -as a last resort will unleash their neutron bombs and hydrogen bombs from their subs and hidden sites - all over Iran.
It's either that or Israel risks being - gone.
