We need laws to protect against lawfare. Since most companies and organizations can’t afford a lawsuit they simply do whatever the complainant wants to get the suit dropped. For example, the federal parks department was sued by Luis Farrakhan for “under reporting” his Million Man march. Since they didn’t have a budget for lawsuits they upped their estimate from a few thousand to a million and stopped estimating crowd sizes. To my knowledge only Walmart has a policy of litigating every suit. But they kept Hillary Clinton on their board as suit insurance. To my knowledge she never attended a meeting but was paid anyway.
And even Walmart backed down in the face of the Gaystapo
