Detroit Has Fewest Cops Patrolling Streets In Nearly 100 Years.. My post was simple: What’s to patrol and the picture was a pile of garbage much like Detroit.
I did an image google search for garbage pile and that pic popped up and I selected it.
Didn’t realize the Boston Globe.
