A Waco police detective was selected Wednesday to preside over a new McLennan County grand jury that could be the panel that considers the Twin Peaks shootings.
I do not have a list of posters. Apparently others do.
I do read the posts and make up my own mind. I do not indulge in the tactic of calling other FReepers “trolls” or any other such disparaging remarks.
As you have said, it is the content of the remarks which makes the difference. Not the number of their posts, or the names they are called -— and sincerely, thank you for that common sense observation.
I would hope that all FReepers agree with you.
There is no need at all, to call other FReepers “trolls” which is disparaging. Then: I am told “lighten up Francis” so what about the troll-callers being told to “lighten up Francis?”

I personally saw evidence of federal actions meant to silence and filter any criticism of the incident. I saw links to solid articles about the cultural price for militarization of the police stop working. The authors site removed them within 1 hour of my posting the link on Officer Swanton’s twitter account. It later resurfaced on the author’s site with a revised and less accurate title. (It remained on several sites who had previously posted it in entirety.)
I saw the “official” BATF twitter account state they were present in Waco during the incident. I re-tweeted that statement several times. That twitter account and the posts vanished.
I had malware written to my /temp folder (linux PC). This happened very frequently. My PC would just bog down and become unresponsive until I cleaned that up and rebooted.
All of this and more indicate Federal direction. This has an agenda behind it.
Asset Forfeiture? Possibly, it is on of AG Loretta Lynch’s signature practices.
I agree, there is no need. It's just noise. But, there are plenty of disparaging words in this place. It's common. If I had thin skin, I might take some of the remarks here, directed to "groups" who share a common view, as personally disparaging. Even if they were, it's a reflection on the person making the remark - and that goes both ways, obviously.

I was mocking the tenor of your post, which struck me as a sort of legal demand, in this informal and disorganized forum. If a troll caller had made a remark that struck me the same way, I'd likely have reacted the same as I did toward your post.

I believe you requested my impression of motorcycle clubs. I did not request any concurrence as if I needed some validation.
I suspect even you really know the difference between gangs like Bandidos and Cossacks and ‘clubs’ that are not involved with organized criminal activity. You attempt to lump the good motorcycle riders (good as in non-criminal, not violating other citizen’s Constitutional Rights, etc.) in with bike gangs does a great disservice to those good 95% motorcycle groups, by using them as some kind of ‘human shield’ to let the gangs blend in with the crowd for protection.
Just like your criminal bike gang heros, the only one’s here that think you are cool are the little wannabes who hope you don’t pick on them.
Lastly, you might go back and review the posting suggestions (rules) as to vulgar profanity.
I see it didn’t take long for the bike gang wannabe bully to emerge.
