“The ultimate goal of Jade Helm is to train troops to control American citizens: Rounding them up, putting them in camps, isolating troublemakers, etc.”

Well if they were rounding up cow’s and putting them in pen’s I might worry. The ranch is 13 miles from town and myself and two others are the only ones on it.

Since 9/11, the number of muslims in the US has tripled.

Seems counterintuitive, but there you go.

The Texas Navy is for real. HQ in Galveston. Grandpa was an admiral. ;)

Who would have ever guess that in less than 7 years after muzzies attacked America on 9/11 that we would go and elect one as President?

As you said...... Seems counterintuitive, but there you go.

I understand your concern, but will treat it for now as an exercise in the interest of national defense in an area of the country where we are already subject to foreign invasion.

That would be more believable if they would start with sealing the border first. Without doing that, all credibility is lost.

At least they are conveniently located where the enemy seems most intent on advancing.

“If you have terrorist cell’s operating in US cities it makes sense to practice in the area’s they may have to operate in.”

Hell, we have a terrorist inhabiting the whitehouse! It’s not the same military you used to be a part of!

I didn’t know that. Thank you.
I go to Galveston a few times a year. That is now on my list of things to see.

>> Sadly US citizenship is now a curse in this country.

And sadly, no better anywhere else. Not joking...

I remember Bob Grant talking about leaving the US for Australia. Well, I think he expressed this before the national gun grab.

"The border where this is taking place is already a point of invasion"

This is NOT along the border. It's happening in my city. The most southern city on the map is Goliad and it's probably 2 1/2 to 3 hours from the border.

“Texas, which the military has designated as ‘hostile’ for the purposes of the training, was chosen to be a hub of the unprecedentedly large program because ‘Texans are historically supportive of efforts to prepare our soldiers’ writes the USASOC.”

I wondered why the exercise appeared so heavily concentrated in Texas.

Hi SS! I’m sure, in Obama’s mind, Texas is a ‘terrorist’ state - towards him anyway. And we’re too well armed.

Rick Perry has confronted and defied him, and Gov. Greg Abbott seems to be following in his footsteps. He has ordered the Texas State Guard to monitor the Federal troops in Jade Helm.

My city is on that list and when it first came out our newspaper published a short article trying to calm people down.

Thank you. It extends further north than I had envisioned, but as an overall placement of force it is concentrated in the southwestern region, and it is the southwest border I had in mind.

I find it odd how it is concentrated along certain routes too. Other than San Antonio, most of the cities are not huge ones. My city is about 70 thousand and the one that really boggles me is Goliad!

Goliad has two historic Missions and is a very tiny town, surrounded by large empty countryside.

San Antonio is huge and highly populated. It’s puzzling.

Thank you Lucy! All this talk makes me more nervous, lol. I live in the city but have pasture land all around. No zoning laws in my city. Hope they don’t come creeping around my house, lol.
