A shame to see, but I don’t think Baylor has been particularly Christian, let alone Baptist, for some time. Other than in name...
It would not surprise me to learn the Obola Administration put out the word there would be no student loans until this was removed.
A few weeks ago, I saw Chobani yogurt announced they supported gay marriage. Two weeks later, it was announced they are now distributing yogurt in the school lunch program.
I can connect the dots.
Which is why one must wonder why there are so many anti-Papists on FR. It seems the only denominations standing against the homosexuals are Catholics, Mormons and black churches. The others willingly have that shoved down their throats.
The sects trim themselves to better fit the new worldly trends. This shows that the sects are self sufficient and do not need a “God.”
So what IS sexual misconduct now?
Evil reigns and the barbarians make the rules.
Lester Roloff had their number years ago when he denounced his alma mater for honoring Harry Truman, because of his cursing. Considering how bad he thought that was, I can imagine what he’d think of them now. Lukewarm, and they’ll be spit out.
In other news, sales of hand baskets are on the rise.
I recall an issue of Playboy from back in the 60s or early 70s with an article on the girls of various universities and the campus party levels. I remember the comment on Baylor: “Baylor girls don’t”.
Things might be a’changin’ down there!
Homosexual acts ARE fornication.
The new policy endorsed by the university's board in May states, "Baylor will be guided by the biblical understanding that human sexuality is a gift from God and that physical sexual intimacy is to be expressed in the context of marital fidelity."
Well I guess pseudo-married homosexual acts are now okay. But homo or hetero fornication or adultery is still punishable. Got it.
In retrospect, not to change the policy would probably have quickly led to a lawsuit. Still fells like a cave though.
What's the odds that homo pseudo-marriage wasn't proceeded by homo-fornication?

Mountain out of a mole hill here folks. fornication noun for·ni·ca·tion \ËfoÌr-nÉ-ËkÄ-shÉn\ Definition of FORNICATION : consensual sexual intercourse between two persons not married to each other Sodomite sex outside of marriage is still against the rules due to the fornication rule still being in effect. The only thing that has changed is that sodomites can now marry and thus wouldn’t be fornicating with each other secularly speaking.
Scratch Baylor from our “look at list” for my son.
A little leaven leavens the whole lump.
How about caring enough for people to tell them stuff they don’t like but need to hear?
Just bend over.
