“Im pretty sure they get to keep leftover money, if there is any. “
They used to be able to convert any leftover funds for their personal use, but not since the mid 80s. Now they can convert leftover funds only for political use. Typically they will convert any leftover funds to a PAC they control so they can earn the appreciation of anyone they support who might be elected to office.
He’ll be too busy reprising his role as spokesman for Subway sandwiches now the Jared is in trouble.
July 2015: Now 17 of them:
Former Governor Jeb Bush (Florida)
Dr. Ben Carson (Florida)

Businesswoman Carly Fiorina (Virginia)
Former Governor Jim Gilmore (Virginia)
US Senator Lindsey Graham (South Carolina)
Forrmer Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee (Florida)
Governor Bobby Jindal (Louisiana)
Governor John Kasich (Ohio)
Former Governor George Pataki (New York)
US Senator Rand Paul (Kentucky)
Former Governor Rick Perry (Texas)
US Senator Marco Rubio (Florida)
Former US Senator Rick Santorum (Pennsylvania)
Donald Trump (New York)
Governor Scott Walker (Wisconsin)
LMAO!
“Let’s do it” could be the campaign slogan.
I’m betting the GOPe is behind this. If they run enough candidates then Ted Cruz won’t finish in the top ten in polling, and therefore won’t be in the debates. It wouldn’t surprise me if this is 100% correct.
I wan’t Laz to run for President. He’d “hit” Iran.
These sellouts have got to stop Cruz and Trump. We are all seeing how pathetic the Gop really is.
I hadn’t thought of that angle. This piling up of candidates is getting out of hand. One third of the candidates have been out of active politics for over five years; i.e. Jeb, Pataki, Huck, and now Gilmore. Let’s not forget, that Romney is STILL looking at some way some how, to get into the race too. You know it, and I know it. “Running for president” has become a retirement hobby of the wealthy. Romney misses all that attention.
It’s only a theory. I’m still hopeful that the cream(Ted Cruz) will rise to the top.
