When President Obama was first running for office in 2008, he promised that he'd go about "fundamentally transforming" America once in office. But it wasn't the 47-year-old Senator from Illinois — who went on to win two presidential elections — who'd bring about such a transformation. It was a 78-year-old unelected Supreme Court justice from California named Anthony Kennedy.

Though not all Rights were enumerated (and you’d lose the debate using that an ‘opening salvo’; and as one of this board you should be embarrassed), one requires no other body to utilize one’s Right(s).

Hence, if ‘dignity’ needs to be given, is it not a Right

Actually, complying tramples upon the 4th and 5th all the time. The whole idea of an ‘income tax’ itself flies in the face of the 13th.

But, expecting SCOTUS to comprehend the clear English, let alone being consistent....

Riddle me this, Batman: If illegal immigrants are so great for our economy, then why are the economies in Mexico and the rest of Central America so crappy? After all, they have a very large source of this labor.

What’s so dignified about being on the Democrat Plantation of welfare?? there is no Black Pride. There is nothing to be prideful about being black: High crime rates, high murder rates, high bastard rates, high illiteracy rates, high abortion rates, high welfare rates, high drug use (no pun intended), high prostitution rates, high unemployment, high everything that is bad to be high.

All major downgrades of our society have come from the SCOTUS; separation of church and state, Roe v Wade, freedom of purchase and now freestyle faggotry. Our decent into hell lies squarely on the shoulders of a few arrogant “judges.” For 23 years I wore a uniform in defense of this country, it might be time to switch to the offense.

Obviously their culture is seriously deficient when it comes to supporting a decent economy. The worlds wealthiest man lives in Mexico. He should distribute half his billions to the poor so that they stop flooding into America
