On Monday, National Review ran the latest in its series of horrifying stories about the attack on rule of law in Wisconsin. Columnist David French relates the story of “Jonah,” a 16-year-old accosted by “uniformed officers, their guns drawn” at his door. These officials then “ordered him not to tell anyone about the raid – not even school officials. He asked if he could call his parents.

Well at least you answered....but I must ask: are you SURE Walker did nothing publicly? Do you live in Wisky? (maybe you do).
If he did and said nothing, and we know this, then you have a case. But again, no reason for you to be the smart ass. You started that. My first post was an innocent and sincere question....then you got all huffy.

Well good...because your response to my question did not seem at all in the spirit of my question.
And BTW, I know that this is a suspect thing to say, gets said a lot by people who are basically making it up, but I started out a few months ago being a Walker supporter.
It was Walker and/or Cruz for me. I was very much impressed with his fight against the unions and his re-election and survival of the recall.
But this issue is too big to ignore. This is a deal-breaker for me.
I am now all-in with Cruz (possibly via Trump, which is another discussion) and am completely done with Walker.
And this is why.
And if you go back to my posting history you can see I did support and defend Walker earlier.
I believe you on that. And BTW, I’m a Cruz guy. Walker is second choice, but Cruz is definite number one for me....so I was not defending Walker per se, I was just not sold initially that he deserved to be slammed for this.
Which is why I asked what I asked. You have given food for thought, which is what I was after.
I’m glad we agree on Cruz.
And I’m sad to let Walker go, really. There are things I like about the guy.
But I feel I have to do it.

We saw our last "legitimate" national election in 2008 - that said - if our votes actually mattered - you can lay blame for Obama on your Ruling Class GOP Establishment morons who insisted that Obama-Lite Socialist Candidate wimps were the "only candidate who could beat Obama'.
That we sat home or voted third party was a direct result of the disdain and hatred your Party flaunts at us.
The GOP HATES Conservatives every bit as much if not moreso than the Marxist Democrats do.
SO you can pound sand there pal. If your party leadership shoves Jeb or another Establishment crony in our face - you can say hello to Hillary as your Fuhrer and Dear Leader.
The investigation was begun under the aegis of the Milwaukee County Executive -- a Democrat in a Democrat county.
