Jonathan Cahn, the Bible teacher and author who started warning nine years ago that America was facing the judgment of God if it did not reject secularism and return to its Judeo-Christian roots, says the June 26 Supreme Court ruling that legalized gay marriage in all 50 states marks the formal end to Christian America.
Barring a “miracle of God,” the die has been cast, said the author of “The Harbinger” and “The Mystery of the Shemitah.”
Cahn, speaking at the annual Messiah Conference at Messiah College in Pennsylvania on America’s Independence Day, said the U.S. and the world are undergoing “tectonic shifts” in terms of attitudes and beliefs.
Even those who consider themselves “Christian” will continue to stray from right doctrine, he said, choosing instead to blend in with the ways of Western culture.
He said the world has entered what the apostle Paul called the “falling away” or the apostasy. This period, which marks the beginning of the “end of the age” and the soon return of Jesus Christ, will be similar to the period at the beginning of the age, when pagan Rome viciously persecuted the followers of Jesus.
But just as the early Church in the Book of Acts was marked by its “dynamic, revolutionary, counter-culture faith,” the last-days remnant that refuses to conform to the decaying moral structure of modern culture will also be marked by these same dynamic characteristics.
“At the beginning it was a revolutionary, radical, underground, counter-culture and Jewish faith. It was for all people but Jewish. As it moved away (from Jerusalem) the Jewish leadership vanished. And the more this faith became imbedded in Western culture, in world culture, the more this faith lost its identity,” he said.

I was considering on posting this for our Christian friends.
I wonder what happens if no one is willing to serve as clerk and issue those marriage licenses?
I don’t know but in the two Alabama counties I mention, they both just said that they’re out of the marriage license business.
All around us we see the Laodicean church. Be the Philadelphia Church, get ready to fly! God is going to change us into higher dimensional beings that can see Jesus as He really IS. Saw it live at our Messiah Conference. There was a mood of Holy anger. Universal agreement that it is time for Civil Disobedience.

The interesting thing is that if a state or county just stops issuing marriage licenses entirely, no one can say they are discriminating.
But that is only a short time fix. There will still be those who come in who “married” elsewhere, and they then demand recognition.

True but I wouldn’t do anything to recognize them as married. I would just view them as perverts.
He also has some interesting things to say about the "Shemitah" year. Nearly every seven years in September/October, there is a major economic calamity coinciding with Jewish holidays.
1987.... Stock market crash
(1994)
2001.... 9/11 and stock market collapse
2008.... Banking crisis/bailout
2015.... ???? Many are predicting economic disaster this Fall
Rabbi Cahn warns:
"Whether it comes in this time parameter of the Shemitah or the year following or not, I believe a great shaking is going to come to this land and to the world that will involve the collapsing of the American economy ... and the removal of its blessings and prosperity.
"Whether it begins with the economic realm or not, I believe it's going to be bigger than the economic realm and it may have the effect of famine or cutting off infrastructure for a time. The shaking doesn't have to take place in the Shemitah (year), but I believe we need to be ready."

This is one of the best sermons I’ve ever heard. (And I’ve heard thousands - my dad being a Baptist Preacher). The topic was homosexual-ism.
I am perhaps less of a literalist than many evangelicals when it comes to the ides of God “punishing” America. I tend to think that atheistic and anti-Christian values are objectively wrong and hence objectively likely to cause great harm. I don’t think God needs to do anything other than watch things play out according to the values that people choose.
Yup. I still encounter people who tell me that their 401K and IRA is "off limits and the courts won't ever let the Feds touch it."
Just wait til the next big war. Think the UN will stop WW III? Socrates the wisest of the Ancients said “Only the Dead have seen the end of war” When America starts to lose and lose big—when foreigners look like they will rule us as slaves—when our F-35s fly out and never return, and out carriers—every one— ends up on the bottom of the sea. Then you will see the churches full. In 1865, with Richmond Surrounded, the churches of the Confederacy were full. So it will be as America turns to God and Jesus. Maybe it will be too late for America. Imagine the day when Putin apponts a governor general for the Federalist State of North America and Russian is taught in every school. Then—all this controversy over a Confederate battle Flag will be seen for what it is—a foolish stunt.

The problem I now see is this: the evil we are encountering has moved way, waaaaay beyond a simple political series of elections of a cultural skirmish. We are on the front lines of an epic battle between God and Satan right now.

I have listened to hundreds of hours of talk radio, subscribed to dozens of Conservative publication, donated to the GOP and Conservative candidates, showed up at rallies, written letters to the editor, challenged liberal commentators, - I have done all of "that" fighting.
What I have finally gotten through my thick skull is that no political solution will save us now. We are battling pure Evil - and the only way to "fight back" is to pray, get our lives right, and put our hope in Christ Jesus.
Turn on someone like Sean Hannity today. Listen awhile. What will he eventually propose? "If only we can get a Ronald Reagan Republican back in office, then we can turn this whole thing around!"

We put the GOP back into both the Senate and House majority, and they totally betrayed us. Mitch McConnell gave away our Constitution to Obama in a "trade agreement" that will define our lives, guns, beliefs, wealth, and rights. When a reporter asked McConnell why he did it, he said it was like an "out of body experience" to do this for Obama (I am not joking, look it up).
I think we are VERY close to the End Times. I strongly suspect Pope Francis (who has uttered blasphemy after blasphemy against God's Word) to be the strongest case in the world today to be the False Prophet of Revelation.
Watch this September when Francis speaks outside the Philadelphia Art Museum (modeled on the temple of Satan at Pergamon). Also read Revelation 2:12-17. Then Francis addresses the UN the same week.

Astute reasoning, m’Lady. We are at the transition time for planet Earth. We are in a war, if we take up the armor and weld the sword. The lukewarm filth spewing forth from the governments of the world who once had a perspective of The Gospel is a strong sign that the Rapture is very close at hand, even at the door. John saw as a door opened in Heaven (Rev 4:1) and heard a trumpet which sounded like a voice saying Come up Hither. Immediately he was ‘in the spirit’. Soon, Jesus will come with the wedding entourage and call His out from here into the clouds to meet Him in the Air. But He will bring us back again with Him after the Wrath has cleansed the filth from the planet. He has already poured out His blood. He is going to make ALL THINGS new in the not so distant future. But until then, put on the whole armor and take up the sword of truth.
