According to federal regulations. Any person who has officially filed as a political candidate can’t be promoted in any way other than as a candidate.

So, to show someone in an advertisement other than that of a political nature is illegal. This also includes any product that might be owned or associated with the candidate.

That is why candidates put their most of their holdings in escrow.

So you are saying he has to take down anything in buildings that identify them as Trump? Do his contracts allow that? On many of his projects he was only brought on board for the Trump name.

He could be sued into the 5th century if true. Or he plans to drop out.
