I agree wholeheartedly. Take him to civil court and charge him with causing financial and mental damages.

I'm thinking of finding a vegan restaurant (bound to be some in a liberal city) and demand to be serve beef steak. When they refuse, file a complaint that they are discriminating against me as a meat-eater. The Left's response, of course, will be, "If you wanted a steak, there are hundreds of places in town that would serve you a steak." To which I would reply "If I'm gay and want a cake, I can force whatever baker I want to accommodate me regardless of their religious objections. Why would the vegan's religion be any more important than the Christian baker's?

Businesses lost the right to discriminate on religious grounds in the first public accommodation civil rights laws more than 50 years ago. These laws are simply broadening the scope of who’s protected. And it will continue to grow to anyone who can get 50.1% of the legislature or court behind them.
