Oregon Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian on Thursday ordered the owners of a former Gresham bakery to pay $135,000 in damages to a lesbian couple for refusing to make them a wedding cake.
Avakian's ruling upheld a preliminary finding earlier this year that the owners of Sweet Cakes by Melissa had discriminated against the women on the basis of their sexual orientation.

The Bakery owners should have said they are Muslims. Islam does not allow homo sexuals, they are stoned to death. B Hussein Obama’s Justice dept would have stood behind them.

What about ‘no shoes, no service’?? These guys should pay $2 a month for ever after. And continue with their bakery. The Totalitarian State of Oregon.
Drop a dollar inside one of those ‘Sorry I Hurt Your Feelings, Sodomites’ cards that Hallmark cranks out, and be done with it.
The level of infiltration of community orgs etc.. is unimaginable.

Umm, they will probably have their assets seized. There’s no escape. If they go to a different state, their bank accounts will be garnished. Doesn’t matter. They need to find a conservative judge.

This is where they are in the bureaucratic process. It does not look like it has even been inside an actual courtroom yet.

Why don’t these lowlifes go to a Muslim cake shop, bakery or any other Muslim owned business?
The undesirables must be identified and removed. They stink and are a blot on our progressive society. But, let’s do it legally. Then in the name of law, we can mark them, shut down their businesses, force them out of work, pack them up and ship them off to the camps so we don’t have to see them, and where work will set them free.
They don’t exist. What happens to them in the camps is irrelevant; as long as our progressive brave new world does not have to see them or acknowledge their existence or non-existence.

This is a judgment leveled by a bureaucracy under a bureaucratic statute. It hasn’t even been in the lowest court. There is much battle to come on this issue.
Take it all the way to the Supreme Court so that Justice Kennedy can tell us “free exercise of religion” only applies within the privacy of one’s own home.
The homo sexuals are too dumb to know that the worst Christians will do is not sell them cake, but in the majority Muslim countries practicing Sharia, they would be stoned to death.
They are welcomed in Texas, we are always looking for good people!

Hmmm I think you’re right. How can a labor board force them to pay anything?
A labor board can’t sign off on a writ of garnishment.
They should withdrawal all of their money and leave. That’s what I would do.
