Donald Trump Asks CNN’s Don Lemon: ‘Who is Doing the Raping?’
The Wrap ^ | 7/1/15 | Debbie Emery

Posted on 07/02/2015 4:58:11 AM PDT by jimbo123

Following a week of controversial firings by everyone from NBC and Universal to Macy’s, Donald Trump appeared on “CNN Tonight” Wednesday and defended the comments that sparked the current racial firestorm.

Host Don Lemon suggested that Trump had misunderstood some of the articles he read on Fusion or the Huffington Post about Mexican immigrants, telling the presidential candidate: “That is about women being raped, it is not about criminals coming across the border and entering the country.”

“Somebody is doing the raping, Don. Are you saying its women being raped. Who is doing the raping?” Trump bluntly asked, referring to a 2014 Fusion article reporting that 80 percent of Central American migrants passing through Mexico are raped. “You have to stop illegal immigration coming through the border. If you don’t, you don’t have a country.”

Earlier in the interview, the TV mogul declared his love for the Mexican people — despite his declaration speech last week that slammed the country and said they sent over rapists, drug-runners and criminals. “I love the Mexican people. I’ve had a great relationship with Mexico,” Trump told Lemon.

“I am talking about illegal immigration, because it has to be stopped. It is killing our country. People are pouring over the borders. I guess some come from Mexico but they come from all over the world. They come from the Middle East, we don’t even know where they come from,” he marveled.

Looking dumbfounded, Lemon asked: “Why did you have to say they were rapists?”

“Geez, I’m sure it happens, but I would submit that a whole lot more rapes are done by citizens than non citizens, just on the size of the two populations.”

The fact that we do have home-grown rapists does not mean that it is okay to import other nation’s rapists and assorted criminals.

In my neck of the woods, the evening news is just an endless stream of perp mugshots, a large percentage of them being mexican illegal aliens. They account for a disproportionate amount of violent crime running the spectrum from armed robbery to aggravated DWI to killing their girlfriend's baby when it won't stop crying. Happens so often that most people here are are numb to it.

People on the Left say they "hate" name-calling ... except of course when they do it ... just as they say they "hate judgemental people" (talk about cognitive dissonance!)

The Left's emotional core from which everything they say and do emanates is the Left's great weakness which we must exploit. To throw them off their increasingly savage gameplan to "fundamentally destroy" America and to kill the U.S. Constitution we're going to have to get a little "down-and-dirty" right along with them. Call them names ... tear down their ideas ... destroy their false gods (e.g., "equality"; "tolerance", etc.) ... condemn them for their ingratitude toward American society and toward their fellow citizens ... get in their face and give them no quarter. You likely won't change their cult-induced thinking and that's OK. The objective is to attempt to shock them into reality, to tell them what you think about them, that they are not the "benevolent kind souls" they think they are when they attack America and Americans. In short, don't allow yourself to be bullied by those who despise you for what you think and who profess to "hate bullies".

Yes and this is from the Las Vegas Review newspaper:

“U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested 25 non-citizens with previous criminal backgrounds in Clark County last week as part of an enforcement crackdown operation on individuals posing “a public safety threat,” the department said Wednesday. Thirteen of the people taken into custody are convicted felons, the department said, with criminal histories including drug trafficking, mail theft, sexual assault and drunk driving. Those arrested include citizens of Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, the Philippines and Cuba, ICE said.”

Notice sexual assault as one of the crimes. Nothing different than what Trump said. He listed various crimes including rape.

Oh, I see, because more women are being raped by citizens, we should leave even more illegal alien rapists into our country to add to the numbers of legal citizen rapists. Swell the ranks. Obviously there just aren’t enough rapists here already. Sheesh, your logic is something to behold, lol.

“I should consider the source....”

The rape concept has been observed for many years — google “rape trees”. I use to live in the Houston area, and a co-worker, an attractive young woman, came to work visibly shaken. A car load of Mexican men had made an attempt to take her down on the highway. Her vehicle was more powerful than theirs and she got away. This occurred in the early morning. No, I am not saying all Mexicans are rapist. However, if you group 30 million Americans, how many criminals will be among them? An old FBI agent once told me you could factor in 10 per cent off the top with any grouping. If you group 30 million Mexicans, how many criminals will be among them? A major difference, though, the Mexicans here, the illegals, have already proved they do not respect our laws.

but really, is this rape comment one of them? Is that our big problem with illegal immigration, rape? Really? Seriously?

Actually, yes. He is trying to point out that many of those coming here, under darkness of night, intentionally trying to avoid detection, are breaking far worse laws than just the immigration laws. We are paying BILLIONS annually to hold them in our prisons, We are watching as our families and neighbors are being victimized. This is a group of people that have no right to be here anyway, they are ALL lawbreakers already, and many more commit some truly heinous crimes. It is long past time we reversed the flow, for our safety, for our economy, and for our security.

“Oh give it up. Mexico is sending the DREGS of their society here. Nasty people. If the upper middle class was coming nobody would squawk about it.”

BINGO! The corrupt Mexican Government encourages illegal immigration to rid it’s country of disaffected citizens who would have otherwise been in rebellion 15 years ago.

But that issue isn’t on many people’s radar, even at FR. They’d rather still act like gentlemen while their country gets raped. Hopelessly lost to an impotent principle they are like WWI generals who insisted on mass frontal attacks in the age of the machine gun. They cannot adapt and are old fossils who will soon exit this world and don’t give a damn about those left behind.

Yes you are soooo correct. 80 percent of females from South America being raped in their journey here as quoted by two sources is not a big deal and will not garner one single vote.

Yup you are so correct! Them damn votes are far more important than the lives of human beings. Those damn votes are far more important than bringing to the forefront truth and a serious matter. We sure as hell do not want our politicians to be serious now do we?

you are intentionally being an obtuse b-st-rd.

The issue of what is important on a human level, individual level, and what is important on a corporate political level, are totally unrelated. I’m sorry for thinking you were smart enough to figure that out.

Actually many do, but the left press does not collate the numbers unless they can use it to attack someone that they despise...

In this article they claim Arpaio has mishandled 400 sexual assault cases and we know that Arpaio deals primarily with illegals.
