Lord they forget our youth is smarter then they are technologically. Put any controls on those printers and our youth will get through it in two seconds. How dumb.

They do such a great job of keeping thousands of tons of high-grade drugs and millions of illegal aliens out.

YES, we’d hate for foreign nations to get copies of blueprints to make plastic single shot pistols.
Of course, it’s OK to just give them the latest military hardware, vehicles, and weapons.

This kind of thinking worked so well keeping marijuana out of the hands of people for the past 60 years. Of course this will work.

The nice thing about dealing with dumb as dirt anti-gunners is they live in this neat and tidy world where the dark web doesn’t exist.
The thing is though; it does.
Stupid is as stupid does. (Yep; that means liberals)

"International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) regulations. Hidden within the proposal, which restricts what gear, technology, and info can and cannot be exported out of the US, is a ban on posting schematics for 3D printed gun parts online.
Hilarious.
They attempt to put controls on technology invented in the 13th Century, but are happy to export nuclear technology to a country (Iran) with a 12th Century mindset.

Pikers. They can 3D print cruise missiles and their guidance systems now. Druggies will, within a few years if not now, transport recreational pharmaceuticals from caves in Mexico to caves in the US Southwest via 3D printed cruise missiles. Retail sales will be delivered by quadcopter, possibly quadcopters with fake Amazon markings as camouflage.

Proposed regulation could keep 3D-printed gun blueprints offline for good The genie is ALREADY out of the bottle.
This is what occurred several years ago when the major music companies realized that DIGITAL meant, you could now turn ANYTHING into a file and ENDLESSLY distribute it.

Of course, the option of taking a couple of Benjamins down to the parking lot of a liquor store in a seedy part of town and asking if anyone has a gun for sale is still open.
