A brazen 4 a.m. anti-Olympics protest by Black Lives Matter activists outside Mayor Martin J. Walshs Dorchester home has City Hall officials mulling beefed-up security as the demonstrators vow to continue their battle in the escalating standoff over the Summer Games bid.
I think its always a concern when theres a certain line that is crossed, when there is something outside his house. As of now, were just kind of assessing if and what kind of security measures we take to make sure the mayor is safe, a Walsh administration source told the Herald.
The mayor does not at all want to combat the right to protest by any means, obviously. Ideally, there arent people outside his house at 4 a.m., the source said.

Mr. Democrat, your constituents are here for a visit.

10 people, at 4 am. Disturbing the peace, nothing more than that. If they show up at "regular hours," it's all within the boundaries of statute.

At 4 AM, outside my home?
Black lives matter less than a stray dog.

Depends on what they are doing. I've had rowdy groups of 10 or so around. Didn;t like it, but they didn't come near the door, weren't showing any use of force, just making noise. Call the cops on a disturbing the peace complaint.
Don't answer the door, and if anybody gains entry, make them stop.

I think “make them stop” and “stop them” are the same thing in this context, but if you see a difference, by all means, I meant “stop them.”

Yeah, that sort of thing. I’ll wager we both picture similar action on the part of the homeowner. Whatever it is, the invader stops.
