I predict a complete descent into chaos and erosion and disintegration of the cities’ infrastructure, quality of life, and structural maintenance. Ever been to Juarez, MX. That’s a little insight of what to expect.

If all whites left and no whites could be allowed back in, the Chinese would invade and take over. Then you'd see the ships and planes packed with blacks headed for Africa. Chinese police would have no problem machine gunning protesting crowds of blacks complaining about racism..... or whatever.

Mexican and central American immigrants would have a much tougher time. Anybody who didn't want to work would find themselves in a difficult position. Mostly on some boat or plane headed out of the country.

It's likely a huge wall would be built on the border and all illegals forcibly ejected/repatriated. No mercy towards Hispanic criminals. And narco gangs in Mexico would find themselves being subjected to Chinese military intrusions in the border cities.
