True. It DOES represent the stand against tyranny.
Amongst other things.
that lady just made lemonade.
She's right, in that the Union victory established the federal tyranny over the states.
The flag represents rebellious behavior to unwarranted authority.
That’s why fedzilla is pulling out all the stops to remove it and every other rebellious symbol from our country.
Make no mistake. They are terrified of WE THE PEOPLE now. That doesn’t bode well for us since we all know what happens when governments feel threatened by their people.
Someone who understands the larger picture.
Thats why fedzilla is pulling out all the stops to remove it and every other rebellious symbol from our country.
It does symbolize Rebellion. But so does this one.
Less distractions with this one.
Great; here comes the neo-Confederate stuff. If anyone established a tyranny over any part of the Union via DC, it was the Democrats.

Check that girl’s IQ. I’ll bet she tests higher than Al, Jesse or Obama.
Interesting.
The Betsy Ross flag is more familiar to the public and less associated with tainted goals. It does not have the emotional baggage of the Battle Flag, though slavery was practiced all throughout the colonies at the time.
The difference is, the Revolution didn't have massive numbers of biased historians and team cheerleaders changing the focus from Independence to one objectionable issue.
She also says the master taught the slaves to read and write, took them to church and gave them land of their own.
"You will find that all the arguments in favor of king-craft were of this class; they always bestrode the necks of the people, not that they wanted to do it, but because the people were better off for being ridden. That is their argument, and this argument of the Judge is the same old serpent that says you work and I eat, you toil and I will enjoy the fruits of it.Abraham Lincoln
