Why Donald Trump is Our Maverick Candidate
Pravda ^ | June 29, 2015 | Nicolas Bonnal

Two years ago, I was writing here that America needed her populist candidate in order to challenge Mother Monster Clinton or Bush the 3rd. America cannot get rid of Bush or Clinton, it is becoming like an indecent tragic-comedy.

Trump's got sense and sensibility too. He has not sold his soul to a Sheldon Adelson for instance, and he really likes his country - or what is left of it.

Let us recap the advantages of his candidacy:

First, Trump is rich. He doesn't need to steal or to sell his will to an invisible wire-puller. He knows that the American dream is truly dead.

Trump sees the N°1 problem: "Our enemies are getting stronger by the day, and the US as a country is getting weaker and weaker. How stupid are our leaders, how stupid are our politicians to let this happen? Our president doesn't have a clue..."Politicians are all talk and no action. They will not bring us to the promised land."

Trump is preoccupied by his Mexican border. One may accuse him of xenophobia, 18 million immigrants have crossed during Obama's era! Trump's wrath is directed at Mexico, which he accused of "bringing their worst people" to America, including criminals and "rapists". He adds shrewdly: "They're sending us not the right people," he said, adding: "The US has become a dumping ground for everyone else's problems.

Economy: Donald Trump acknowledges the unofficial figures provided by John Williams, Michael Snyder or Dr Roberts: "Our real unemployment is 18-20%, don't believe their 5.6%. China has our jobs, Mexico has our jobs. I'll bring back our jobs and bring back our money."

It’s way better than an endorsement from NBC.

And he donates large sums of cast to Democrats. Big conservative advantage! Lets elect him so he can govern like those he helped fund.

Some freepers seem to want to downplay the fact that those donations helped Dems move their agenda but hey, it’s just factual info so we need to ignore it.

Believe it or not Mr. McFrog, I find Russia is becoming more “American” and America more “Communist” every, single day.

True, Putin is what he is, but he puts Russia first and that’s what Trump would do unlike Obama who puts golf first, then the rest of the world, then America if there’s time and something he can destroy....

I understand his allure for some. It’s just that I’ve had enough of “Maverick” candidates to last a lifetime.

The leftitsts kmow their candidates are doomed so they’re going to try and divide the votes as much as they can however you’ll notice that they never push for Cruz. That tells you something.

I’ll not disagree with that, but Russia is more important to him than America to our current POTUS. That’s for certain.

Trump will be there to the end cause he has the money. If he doesn’t get the GOP nod he’ll switch to an independent to split the vote, giving Hillary a sure win.

Nope, not downplaying that. But in the last 10 years it’s been fairly evenly donated between Dems/GOP. What he’s contributed is a drop in the bucket of his wealth. Like $1.5 million in last 10 years? That’s like one of us dropping a 1 dollar bill into the Salvation Army jar at Christmas time.

I dont want to support Trump.

I want him to run as an independent as a safety valve in case the GOP nominates an idiot.

Then I can get behind Trump as a FU vote. Maybe he might just win. Cant do much worse that Obama.

Oh so funding the people destroying America is OK because he donated equally to save his business from Dem retaliation?

Strange definition of patriotism that.

He funded Democrats. Democrats. Is this a good or a bad thing for America? Is it good? No? Then why defend the bad?

He IS an Independent, that’s for sure. Remember though, it depends on what the REAL Americans really want in the White House. If Mr. Obama had run as Independent, no doubt he’d still have won.

As for Hitlery...I’m just hoping she doesn’t even get nominated and ditsy Biden does. Only the stupidest of Democrats will vote for him (and granted, that’s quite a few).

Trump knew that he had to donate to democRATS graft machine/protection racket or else.

I don’t begrudge him that...he was doing what he needed to do.

I like Trump, but actually voting for Trump is another thing.

So it’s OK to perpetuate the problem? I don’t care why he did it. I care THAT he did it.
