Why Donald Trump is Our Maverick Candidate
Pravda ^ | June 29, 2015 | Nicolas Bonnal

Two years ago, I was writing here that America needed her populist candidate in order to challenge Mother Monster Clinton or Bush the 3rd. America cannot get rid of Bush or Clinton, it is becoming like an indecent tragic-comedy.

Trump's got sense and sensibility too. He has not sold his soul to a Sheldon Adelson for instance, and he really likes his country - or what is left of it.

Let us recap the advantages of his candidacy:

Norm, not defending anything bad. And you actually believe the Dems could “destroy” Trump’s billion dollar business ventures? Not a chance.

I’ll thank you not to judge my patriotism since all you know is I posted a story. Did so because I like to read what the heart of Freepers is on such issues. I’m not saying I’d vote for the man, but financially he’d be best for us.

Sadly there are a few like yourself who are here to cast judgement and not truly have a conversation.

The Dems destroyed a hell of a lot bigger fish than Trump. Seen the middle east lately?

Have that conversation

Have a conversation as to why it’s good to make excuses for a former Dem/Former indy/current GOP that put his business over his country with cash, positive statements in support of Democrats and their liberal causes. Lets have that conversation.

And that is why our Republic is doomed . . . people like you.

Trump is here, not in the Middle East.

And I’ve yet to make one, single excuse. Why you think so is beyond me.

Again I’ll repeat...don’t know whether I’d vote for the man or not IF he even got on the ballot (which I’m sure he can). Just I’m not excited over a single candidate at this point.

So the dems actions in overthrowing empires is nothing because it happened there not here? Do you think that makes sense?

If you havent decided to -not- vote for a guy that did what I listed and more, I don’t know what else to say to you other than you deserve what you get.

“And that is why our Republic is doomed . . . people like you.”

Wow, just simply WOW. You don’t even know me. I post an article that I found interesting and now (according to another poster) my patriotism is being questioned, and although I’m a conservative, Christian, support our Constitution, do NOT support gun control, am a member of The Daughters of the Revolution...totally against the current administration....folks like you wrongly assume I’m part of why the Republic is doomed?

Wow again. I think it’s more people like you who have doomed it. Sadly I regret posting this article.

“If you havent decided to -not- vote for a guy that did what I listed and more, I don’t know what else to say to you other than you deserve what you get.”

I guess that means you also deserve what you get...and right now we’ve all got Obama (who I did not vote for either time).

Again...since you don’t seem to be able to read for content. I don’t know IF I’d vote for him. If choices were Hitlery and Trump, wouldn’t be much choice. I’m hoping a better candidate comes along.

I’ll not respond to you again. You’re creating a hostile environment on a simple posting I did out of curiosity.

In Mexico one of the oldest newspaper El Excelsior published five days ago, that illegal immigrants from Colombia, are the leaders in the arrests of those that commit crimes based on arrest statistics . Trump did the same, what is the difference? Like Trump said here is not political correct but in Mexico it is correct.

Google Translation

MEXICO CITY, 22 June.- Citizens from countries like Colombia, Cuba, Ecuador, Venezuela and China, among others, get visas and passports as tourists arriving in Mexico City, where many of them find an opportunity to commit crimes such as theft and bank card cloning, mainly.

According to the Directorate General of Political and Criminal Statistics Office CITY, Colombians are foreigners leading the arrests in Mexico City.

“Trump did the same, what is the difference? Like Trump said here is not political correct but in Mexico it is correct.”

Political correctness is nothing more than our freedom of speech taken away. Sad isn’t it?

I hope we get a good, strong candidate who truly loves America, what is really stands for, and has the ability to govern. They will need a VERY thick skin and strong integrity. Still waiting to see if that one pops into the mix. Right now I’m still seeing the need to vote for the lesser of 2 evils. :(

What would be rather amusing, looking to the future, is all the "Trump sucks" people, who also tend to "blame the voter" for not voting for the Republican, to have to choose which position to abandon.

I suppose that amusement factor attaches to any candidate, but it seems more pronounced for Trump.

Well, there is always somebody else to blame.

Don’t all business people in real estate give to both parties? Isn’t it the price of doing business, at least when your business requires getting a lot of permits and zoning approvals?

Sure. And isn’t that the core of crony capitalism? Just because they do does not mean they should. And the fact that they do means that once on DC they will keep doing it because it’s ‘just business’.

yes, and you’ve no idea who much I regret posting it now.

Anyway, Pravda and Daily Mail UK (and many other overseas publications) often have much more detail and facts on issues this side of the pond which is sad. Pravda was hot on the “fake birth certificate” thing where I learned more about Obama’s UNAmerican background, and his parents and childhood life, than anywhere else.

Let’s not divide the conservative vote. Cruz is the only true, blood and guts conservative running.

"I find Russia is becoming more “American” and America more “Communist” every, single day."

Coupled with your bromance with Putin. Yeah, I'll say we're doomed.
