Great Supreme Court News (for voter fraud and open borders)
Legal Insurrection ^ | June 29, 2015 | William A. Jacobson

States not permitted to alter federal voter registration form to require proof of citizenship.

The Supreme Court today refused to accept a case which sought to allow states to supplement a federal voter registration form so as to require proof of citizenship to vote.

Such proof is particularly important given how freely many states are handing out drivers licenses to illegal immigrants, and the Obama administration’s unilateral implementation of quasi-amnesty deferrals (some of which were stopped in court). It’s just not enough anymore that someone is here legally (or at least, is not being deported)

[Snip]

This is not just a battle of forms. It’s a battle for preventing theft of elections.

“Among the numerous evil downwind effects of these recent rulings, it should be clear that we can vote conservative into eternity and it will not reform our corrupted institutions.”

^^^^^ That ^^^^^^^

Reads fine to me.

That's because the sentence is as confused as your thought process.

The last SCOTUS confirmation was in August of 2010. Exactly how would the nomination or election of any Republican have affected the Supreme Court's decisions during this term?

“It’s dangerous for conservatives to think we can just keep doing what we’ve been doing.”

Yet we do.

Oh I dunno. Stopping them? constitutionally restricting their abuses of power? You can’t do that when the lesser evils elected by other lesser evils are actually greater evils can you? Nope. But people were to damn proud and self centered to read their damn history.

You find such a basic concept a confused thought? It didn’t confuse the founders, which is why they gave Congress the power to do it.

Why wasn’t the question instead about the constitutionality of the federal voter registration form?

No it was staying home and not voting for the lesser evil that got us Obama twice and two liberal justices.

Indeed the sky is made of blue cheese.

But I notice your lesser evils in DC have moved on from saving America.

[ I’ll wager that Texas is first to secede, followed by Arizona. Gee, that’s odd.. These are two of the states deemed ‘hostile’ by the Jade Helmers. ]

Imagine Texas leaving and Obama bad mouthing Governor Abbott who then gives a statement after rolling his wheel chair up onto a stage to read a statement from the Texas Legislature back at Obama....

Those would be some mighty powerful optics working against Obama.....

” They’ll be printed on the back of your 1040 form. Just send in your taxes and vote.

You don’t pay taxes? Well since you don’t have any skin in the game I don’t guess you need to vote either. “

You would have to first reverse the code that allows people who fill out a 1040 to get a refund even though they paid nothing in taxes.

And I would like to suggest a minimal contribution amount of taxes if you want to vote.

So this is what this ruling means in plain English:

Today the polls open for voting. You walk into your polling place and give them your name and street address.

At this point they MUST separate you into one of two lines.

1. If you registered to vote using the federal registration form (where you did not have to prove your citizenship) you may go to the voting booths where you can vote ONLY for federal candidates.

The state registration form requires proof of citizenship.

2. If you registered to vote using the state registration form (where you had to prove your citizenship) you may go to the voting booths where you can vote for federal, state, and local candidates.

Won’t that be a blast at the polls when a voter is DENIED their rights to vote for a state and local candidate because of HOW they registered!?

So the imperious and unresponsive overlords of us once again sneer at the honestly crafted laws of a State.

Note that the first complaint in the Declaration is

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good

Since the Court now acts as the Sovereign, rather then the People, the analogy is exact

I can’t believe you just used Justice Roberts and the other 4 lunkheads on the court to try to make your point. When I agree with Scalia and Thomas and disagree with Ginsberg, Sotomayor, Breyer and Kagan - I know I have it EXACTLY right.

It wasn’t my “interpretation” they disagreed with, they disagreed with plain english.

You obviously don’t understand the history of that portion of the law. It was inserted specifically to put conservative governors in jeopardy, because any who refused to create an exchange, losing the subsidies would anger the voting public.

Either address my arguments or concede defeat. “Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah - 4 commie justices and one sell-out disagree with you...” is not an argument.

What does it matter if Roberts was right or wrong? You and I can’t do diddly squat about it. SCOTUS has ruled. Nobody has the power to overturn it.

Face it...SCOTUS is no longer interested in strict interpretation of the constitution. At least the majority is not. They are politically appointed based on ideology. Obama nominated Sotomayor & Kagan. They will be around for 30 more years. If Hillary wins in 2016 (Bernie will be worse) they get to replace 3 or 4 more. Then we are done for 50 more years.

This is the paramount reason why it is critical to defeat the democrat nominee in 2016. If republicans are again divided in 2016, get ready for more from laws made by SCOTUS. Not saying next republican president will nominate the most conservative person alive. Kennedy was after all nominated by our hero president Reagan. But the GOP nominee’s will be much better than Kagan.

If it doesn’t matter, why did you challenge me about the facts of his ludicrous, lying opinion?
