Kennedy — Well, I’ll bet he didn’t argue this time that those kids would feel better about their parents because of his decision.

Excellent point.
Maybe we need to convince him that babies are becoming and angered to the point that there won’t be enough for the gays to have sex with.
Then there would be a real compelling governmental interest in stopping abortion.
What a sicko bastard Kennedy is.

Supreme court steps in to illegally nullify another state law. Hope someone reminds the supremes about the 10th amendment.

Whatever they are doing and dealing to come to their decisions....it has nothing to do with the people or the responsibility they have in the positions they hold regarding the Constitution.

States need to come together and lay claim to their right to operate as a state.

Why can’t we seriously be ‘conscientious dissenters’?

You might consider referring to him as President Abbott. People often rise to the titles and expectations we give them.

You are absolutely right. What if the states refused to honor the SC rulings? How would they have the man power to enforce them if 15 or 20 states started saying hell no we won’t comply? This country operated because we are a nation of laws and most people blindly follow them, but what if we stopped? What if those same states encouraged their citizens to not pay federal taxes during the dispute? It is well past time for civil disobedience.

Same as ever. Vote conservative. Be conservative. Refuse to give in to liberal ideas of lesser evil.

If we would DO that instead of make excuses as to why we can’t. We would fix this.

We agree on 2 out of 3 my FRiend. Not bad.

Of them, I think “being conservative” is far away the most important. We forget that living conservatively is really its own reward. Plus it just happens to work. I’m finding ideas that help people to be conservative very exciting.

Interesting info that I had no idea about.

snip

Dallas, TX – As the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals considers the constitutionality
of Texas abortion safety laws, Operation Rescue has confirmed that Northpark Medical
Group, an abortion facility in Dallas, Texas, has halted all abortions after the hospital
that provided its two abortionists with privileges closed.

This represents the first abortion clinic to terminate abortion services in 2015,
leaving just 549 surgical abortion clinics in America after clinic numbers hit a high-water
mark on 1991 with 2,176 surgical abortion clinics. Last year, 73 abortion clinics
nationwide closed or halted abortion services for at least part of the year – 60 of
them permanently according to a survey conducted by Operation Rescue.

In Texas, 16 surgical abortion clinics remain, down from 44 in 2013, before Texas passed HB2,
the law requiring abortion facilities to meet minimum safety standards.

The problem with that is the instructor problem. The Law school professors at Podunk all get educated at Harvard or Yale Law, too and so they will peddle the same crap into the skulls full of mush that wander into their classrooms.

There is a way of reforming this nation and taking lawyers out of the equation is a big part of it, but not enough people are ready yet...

It’s really only a matter of time now before a Holy God unleashes HELL upon this nation.
Be it the Russians, Chinese, or a total economic apocalypse it’s just a matter of time.
The voters and RINOS got what they wanted and deserve.
