Yes, but they voted AGAINST the legalization of gay “marriage”. They cast expected Catholic votes in accordance with Catholic teaching. What’s the excuse from Kennedy and Sotamayor?

Apparently in the 21st Century you are not eligible to serve on the US Supreme Court if you are a protestant and attended a state university.

Well we do know it wasn’t the Protestants, since there isn’t even one on the Court.

Funny how the Supreme Court has all these seats that ‘belong’ to different selected groups, and yet not one is reserved for the WASP culture that created America.
