There is no “Dignity Clause” in the US Constitution. But of course, it is so old fashioned to think that the words in the Constitution mean anything...or the words that were left out.

Justice Kennedy is a breathtakingly stupid man. He joined 4 liberals whose only concern is the taking and wielding of power to impose their will on the US legal system. Our side ought to impeach him. Even if there are not enough voted to convict, all 5 justices who signed on to Kennedy’s treason deserve to be impeached.
