I went and looked for myself at that kind of government. There is no doubt they make everybody poorer....seriously so. More and more everyday products become impossible to get. More and more people vanish because of their opinions or expressed point of view. The rich go to other countries and they take their money with them. Quality of everything from windshield wipers to medical care drops while cost increases. Repairs and maintenance go away almost entirely. Food stores become clubs that can be patronized by the very rich and bureaucrats who remain as a ruling elite. Shoes and boots become harder and harder to get. Competitive pricing disappears. Violent crime increases, at least at first. Bribes and barter payment become the only way to get anything worth getting.

I've known people who lived in communist countries too... You're right - the distance between the promise (From each according to his ability, to each according to his need) quickly devolves into the midnight knock for people who complain... and 'doing without' as a way of life...

I’m not sure the FBI has time for this. They are way too busy investigating returning vets, average American gun owners, and Christians. These people are a terrorist threat, doncha know.

I lived in the Soviet Union before the fall of the wall in the late 1970s. I know well of what you speak. I care now, but not enough of us do. Not enough know what they are in for.

I fear most 'journalists' and liberals think they'll be part of the 'in' ruling thugs... They're wrong. Most will be purged. If communism happens in the United States - millions of us will be murdered... and more will wish they were dead. It's an ugly system...

Because like all transgenders...it wasn’t about Obama...he simply was being used to get the perp the press he now has. Transgenders are for the most part “flame’rs”....they need the attention and will seek it out. They care not if it’s offensive...they’re long past that. It’s about the attention.

There were lots of black communities he could have gone to... if his goal had been to help black people. Which it appears it wasn't. nOccam’s Razor applies.

Didn't his 'community organizer' gig have more to do with laid off steel workers? That fits the communist mind set. They never seem to understand that in the United States it's NOT the workers that are swayed by their arguments - it's the students and the 'eternal student' types - liberal elite peter pans like John Kerry.

Most laid off steel workers would have been white.

The transition from union worker to communist doesn't work here... no matter how many times they try. Add to that the fact that Hyde Park's not even a black community and you've got more questions than answers.

Do you know who hired Obama to be a 'community organizer'? Who paid him - and where that group got their money?

I don’t know or remember where he ostensibly went to be that Community Organizer. He wrote about it, sorry, Ayres wrote about it in his Dreams book, but who knows if whatever was written was even true. Who paid him, I have no idea.

Oppose them when you can. Concern troll them when you can't.

If you don't have that kind of position, think of the origins of the term 'sabotage'. Workers threw their shoes into machines and stopped the machine. Don't do anything illegal. Don't do anything that will get you fired.

But if you have the opportunity to make a liberal program work badly, if you have a legal way to put more stress on it, to tie up the energy and time of the people running it, to make it worse... do it.

We're the underdogs. We're the political guerrillas. This is not our system. It's their system.

Our job is to make it run as badly as possible.
