Ummm...He would check Hispanic because he just so happens to be Hispanic? And universities just so happen to have a column where you tick your race? Given that he applied to Harvard Law with a Cum Laude from Princeton(not to mention national debating champion), it's totally irrelevant what race he ticked, he'd still be one of the top applicants. Plus of course he was one of the most brilliant students Harvard Law has ever had.
