Lol. That's pretty funny. The Bible says adultery, the catechism says legal rights, care of children or protection of inheritance (without mention of adultery), which means it is completely NOT in line with the Bible.

Divorce in the Bible was related to Jewish law, which was different from our current civil law.

Under civil law, some might need to divorce in order for protection.

So you believe a woman should stay with her husband in the same house and not divorce even if the husband is say beating the children?
