Plane Registered To Film Composer James Horner Crashes North Of Santa Barbara

The pilot of a small aircraft, which is believed to have been registered to famed film composer James Horner, was killed when the plane crashed into a remote area about 60 miles north of Santa Barbara on Monday.

It was not immediately clear whether or not the pilot was Horner himself.

His attorney says he’s unaccounted for. It was, in all likelihood, James Horner flying the plane.

“Braveheart”, “Field of Dreams”, “Glory”... just to name a few. This is one of the great film composers of the modern era.

This man created very beautiful music... if he is the one that perished in the crash then we all have lost something wonderful. :-(
