While friends were commenting on his last Facebook post Friday -- and some were reading text messages indicating his plan to commit suicide by cop -- Trepierre Hummons called 911 then waited with a gun for police to arrive, Cincinnati police said.
When they did, he and shot and killed 48-year-old Officer Sonny Kim, a husband and father of three, police said.
Then he opened fire on two more officers, said Cincinnati Police Chief Jeffery Blackwell.
The police, while armed, didn't know what they'd walked into. That's because when when the 21-year-old Hummons called the emergency operator, he didn't hint at his plan.
Instead he pretended to be a concerned witness who'd seen a man acting erratically with a gun, according to 911 and dispatch tapes released by police.
"He's walking around getting belligerent with a gun," Hummons told the operator. Then he gave a description of himself in a shaky voice. "Very early 20s ... about like 5 (foot) 6 ... he's a little thick fellow."(continued)

As it has been since the “hands up” b.s., there are many angry young blacks determined to attack the police. This, therefore, naturally makes the police more cautious, and, being in fear of attack, may be quicker to pull the trigger than normal. It’s a Catch 22 - and it was all created by a liberal government. It starts back with the high crime rate and subsequent extra watching of the black community. Had the breakdown of the black family not happened, and the little kids (both black and white) were being born into families with mom and dad, everything would have been different.

In this case, the caller said "guy with a gun," so yeah, I'd expect some apprehension. Domestic dispute calls are even worse.

It's changed, more in some places than in others, but I don't think it's near as dire (violence-wise) as the picture painted by daily news.
This cop hesitated out of fear of losing his job and being prosecuted. Same thing happened to a cop in New York city. This Presidents war against the police is getting them killed. Congress, HOW LONG ARE YOU GOING TO ALLOW THIS TO GO ON?? WHAT DOES THIS GUY HAVE TO DO TO GET IMPEACHED? HE IS ATTACKING THE COUNTRY! WE HAVE AN ENEMY OF THE UNITED STATES IN THE NATIONS HIGHEST OFFICE!!
And the killers family went to the officer’s vigil and demanded that the killer get mourned too..I dont know what the heck has happened to our country but its going down the toilet and fast
Has the city put up a memorial where the criminal was shot, like they did for Michael Gentle Giant” Brown in Ferguson?
What’s more, with the paying of protesters to agitate in some of these communities we have a genuine conspiracy to rile up the people into violence and riots.
SDS and Weather Underground would’ve loved such useful idiots as cannon fodder patsies for their anarchist schemes.
That would have been the time for the cops to whip out the pepper spray.

It hurts to say this, but there is lots of indication that we have many more enemies of the Nation in high gubmint offices; Squeaker of the House; Senate Majority Leader, Chief Justice of SCOTUS, and many more. IMHO.
