I KNOW that for treaties the Constitution requires 66% Senate approval and amendments are allowed. and with fast track or trade promotion they want to lower it to 51% and no amendments. that's a dictatorship and the end of America. Obama can basically rewrite USA laws as treaties override USA laws.

This is unconstitutional. We want amendments that could kill a bad bill as the Constitution allows. We want 66% approval not 51% It's sick that many are supporting this evil bill because some candidate's position on it. we should all be united in stopping this can calling congress. This is not about a single candidate's position on it. It' s about the destruction of America. I just want it stopped. Any American should want it stopped. It's ridiculous . Yes I did read the Gowdy PR. Sadly, it’s full of the same straw arguments and false choices as the stuff the Cruz camp is putting out.
Fact is TPP is now a done deal. It’s Top Secret because it’s so bad they don’t want us to know what’s in it. Congressional oversight at this point after six years of negotiations is moot because a 51 vote threshold guarantees passage in the Senate.
Obama & the GOP will have no problem buying the required votes to get Obamatrade through the House.
Therefore, a vote for TPA is a vote for TPP. History will not be kind to those who chose Wall Street over Main Street and voted for TPA.
