On today's Morning Joe, Mika Brzezinski gushed "I think that it's great for the network" that Brian Williams will be joining MSNBC as its anchor of breaking news. As dutiful employees, it's understandable that MSNBC people would greet Williams impending arrival respectfully, as did Joe Scarborough in saying--without excitement--that he was "very excited." But Mika went beyond the call of duty with her "great for this network" line.

It’s got to be a huge blow for someone with an ego the size of Williams’s to go from the top anchor at nightly news to become the Shepp Smith of the left loonie MSNBC. OTOH......it does pay 10 mill a year.
on PMSNBC, Williams can really cut loose with his lies and communist ideas without fear.
Yeah another hard-core leftist who doesn’t know the difference between what is true and what is BS will be just the thing MSNBC needs to round out its menagerie of nutcases.
He would be great for the failed network—The News—as I see it—He might even be entertaining—something MSNBC hasn’t been since keith Obermann left.
