My heart breaks every time I see more from the Bush family. Dad, I don’t care so much about because he paved the way for Clinton, but GW I used to like, especially right after 911.

He is American born and live in the US (supposedly) if he were an expatriate living in Latn America that would be different, but this is odd. His wife should know enough English after living here 30+ years.
