If you had said right off the bat “yeah I embellished my stories like a giant fish tale- i caught a guppy and told everyone it was a whale. I’m sorry and I’ll answer any questions about it right now” - he would have been far better off

in case anyone is wondering, those 4 pictures represent a STAGED accident they tried to pass off as proof that the truck would explode on impact- frame one shows an explosive rocket set off under the truck before the accident even hits (see the smoke coming out from under the truck)
They got sued for it for millions

there is zero doubt in anyone’s mind that he lied. the topic of my comment was whether he was owning up to it. another commenter said “gee at least now he is admitting that he lied”. i was saying that his confession was again false because he never says “i lied”. he says he said some things that weren’t true. he’s still leaving wiggle room there. he’s still not fully owning up to it.
