I don’t think anybody on here is advocating for TPP to pass. We’d just like to have TPA for the next President, who will not be Hillary.
God bless you.
Women Senator Sessions votes Yes, then I’ll be for it!

‘I don’t think Americans have the will to fight tyranny as they did in the late 1700s.”
You missed Milwaukee Sheriff David Clark arresting 75 of Holder’s goons when they tried to block I-94.
You also missed South Carolina throwing Holder goons into state prison for 10 to 30 years.
Boston in no way represents a font of dedicated patriots.
“She also fails to mention it is a long way from being completed or voted on. TPP will not pass”
According to this article, TPP is 1 week away.
However, as Breitbart News previously reported and numerous Congressmen have confirmed, several hundreds of pages of Trans Pacific Partnership are available for review in a secret room only for individuals with security clearance. Therefore, there is in fact a trade deal in existence, and Australian Financial Review reported it is near completion.
We are literally one week of negotiation away from completing this extraordinary deal across 12 countries and 40 per cent of the worlds GDP, said Andrew Robb, Australias trade minister.
Me too!
....also Phyllis Schlafly and Mark Levin affirm it.
IF they affirm it......which they won’t!
My conservative Republican representative Steve Pearce stood up to Boehner and voted it down, as did the Rats (but for different reasons). For that sin he was booted from the Republican Whip leadership
I cannot believe what Boehner & Co are getting away with. The firing/booting of these fine Reps - who stood against this cr@p sandwich - and FOR the American people, is beyond the pale.
I called Bonehead’s field offices and told them as much....FWIW.
When Senator Sessions votes Yes, then Ill be for it!
I believe Phyllis.
never heard of the book. I will look it up, thanks.
Yea, right.
No President needs to have TPA.
It certainly won't if TPA fails so why risk it? TPA is similar to a Cloture vote in the Senate, no bill that fails Cloture will ever get a vote. If TPA passesTPP will become law no matter how many times you make a post denying it.
How exactly does the TPA strengthen US sovereignty?
There is a clause in the 2015 version of TPA that reinforces the sovereignty of our laws which cannot be undermined by anything in trade agreements. There is also the clause on immigration written by Cruz and Sessions.
The House is voting on the rule for TPA now, to be followed by debate and vote on the TPA as a stand alone bill:

I thought that clause only said that the trade partners could not force news laws on us—but they could still not allow us to make changes to our current laws. E.g., further restrict work permits.
But no matter, the TPP is a giveaway of new laws, such as permitting foreign companies to freely transfer employees in and out of the US.
An example of how these deals hamstring the US is how an international tribunal has determined that we can’t label the country of origin of meat—because that disadvantages Mexican meat sales in the US.
Sessions is scathingly against TPA, as he just detailed again yesterday:
NAFTA didn’t stop us from making and changing our laws. I don’t think TPP will pass.
But why do you keep saying they won’t try to pass it until just before the 2016 elections, when TPA, the first step, just passed and the word is they want to get it through by this fall?
