Rachel Dolezal In Talks For Reality Show

You know, as much as I HATE to say it the United States Congress needs to come up with a new law.
Now before you all jump on me, the new law needs to address the crime of BEING STUPID.
The law shall apply equally to all citizens; from the President of the United States, the Senate of the United States, the Congress of the United States, all courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States and all bureaucracies of the United States, and all public and private companies and corporations of the United States.
It shall be a Felony to speak stupidly.
It shall be a Felony to act stupidly.
It shall be a Felony to vote stupidly.
It shall be a Felony to attempt to advance yourself through any act or speech of stupidity.
It shall be a felony to attempt to enrich yourself through any act or speech of stupidity.
It shall be a Felony to attempt to coerce or influence any other citizen through any act or speech of stupidity.
This act shall apply to all citizens of the United States with a recorded IQ of greater than 65.
Those citizens with a recorded IQ below 65 shall not be held financially or professionally responsible for their actions.
Those citizens with IQ in excess of 65 shall, upon conviction, be immediately terminated from any position of public or private trust.
Those citizens with an IQ in excess of 65, shall upon conviction be immediately financially responsible for any damages to to the public trust, or the stock or share holders of any company or corporation.
