Fixed it. Nobody who attends Flakey's Kill Whitey "church" is a baptized Catholic.
The Church keeps him confined to an all black marxist congregation in Chicago’s south side.
It’s about all they can do to him, boiling in oil or burning isn’t done much anymore by Catholics.
Why doesn’t the pope fire the guy?
He’s too busy preaching global warming and arranging for the Muslim prayer services.
The late Mayor Richard J. Daley, head of the Chicago Democrat machine for decades and a lifelong Democrat, was first elected as a Republican in 1936.
Being elected with an "R" next to his name in the 30s didn't make him a Republican, and Flakey being ordained as a "Catholic priest" in the 70s doesn't make him a Catholic priest today.
You are correct that Catholicism is not a democracy and to be a priest in good standing, they must obedience to their vows. Flakey does not show obedience. He is in open defiance of the Catholic Church and has publicly denounced Catholic beliefs on numerous occasions. He is a heretic whose views are incomparable with Catholicism. Again, the reason why he is allowed to continue call himself a "Catholic" is due to the spinelessness of the Archdiocese of Chicago. When a bishop told him that his actions at his parish were upsetting Cardinal Francis George, Flakey's response was "he's going to have to have the balls to fire me". If the Archdicoese of Chicago enforced Catholic doctrine, Flakey would have been excommunicated years ago.
Videos of Father Flakey, Jesse Jackson and the head of the Chicago ‘Brady Bunch’ protesting in front of Chuck’s Gun Shop where they promised to ‘snuff out’ the owner of the gun shop.

Starkehaus: Is it a mystery that Chicago Catholics have given up on their religion?
By Irene F. Starkehaus -
The January edition of Chicago Magazine explores the question, “Why is Chicago losing its Catholics?” This article by Elizabeth Fenner is the exactly formulaic reaction that one might expect from progressivist publication that has enjoyed watching a conservative Pope resign from office to be replaced with a progressivist Holy See and a conservative Cardinal of Chicago resign to be replaced with a progressivist Archbishop.
With all due candor, Catholic Leftists (which is an oxymoron if I ever did hear one Marx was a jealous god that didn’t believe in sharing power) have their pied pipers in place, and it is time for members of an obedient media to write the script for the new collectivist mandates.
Why are Chicago Catholics leaving the Church? Well, it’s clear from Chicago Magazine and from other sources in the mainstream media that Chicagoans and Americans as a whole are just too darned cosmopolitan for the small thinking of traditional Catholicism, which holds humanity back from its real potential by setting standards of proper conduct when it should be busying itself with social and environmental justice. Where does the Church get off anyway? It’s filled with sinners and hypocrites. The world is changing and the Church must change with it. So it is written in Chicago Magazine’s opinion poll, so it must be done.
Read at:
“Why doesnt the pope just fire the guy??”
Do you mean the current Liberal, Leftist, Socialist Pope?
But, he hasn’t been? He still officially represents the Catholic Church?
See post #42.
Not to belabor the point, but that doesn’t answer my question.
We all have flaws. Family and neighbors tend to overlook the little ones. The big ones, sooner or later, have to be addressed.
Yes, he is still a priest. Apparently the Diocese of Chicago isn’t too concerned with doctrinal fidelity.
But who are you? Catholic? Because Catholics obey the Church, and the Church has not defrocked him. You don't merely disagree with him, you actually deny the reality that he is a priest.
Yet you justify yourself by saying he denies the teachings of the Church.
So which denial is true? Where are you in the Catholic hierarchy here? He seems higher than you. In fact, my understanding of Catholicism is that you are presuming the authority of a Bishop in this matter. More, you're denying the authority of the Church when it keeps him a priest.
The Catholic Church has all sorts of levels of teachings - Biblical, written, oral and operational. You are refusing to accept a deliberate operational teaching of the Church. You reject it absolutely, over an issue above your authority.
Therefore, according to Catholic teachings, that makes you a heretic.
The Church tolerates him because his is one of the few parishes that operates in the black (pun unintended).
OH, google him....this priest is a piece of work. And I am Catholic. I would never listen to him. NEVER.
The Church tried to remove him and his idiot followers rebelled. This priest is a crackpot. And I am Catholic. Google him for the amusing details. I do believe he is the one who openly mocked Hillary when she was running in the first primary against Obama. He is white and leads a black parish. Enough said.
All I'm saying is that he is, in fact, a priest. So if the Catholic Church is literally unable to defrock him because of fear of what you call his followers, then the Church is as good as dead and the priesthood is nothing.
It always amuses me to hear from Catholics who are righteous about their faith while they refuse to obey the Church. The brazenness of the hypocrisy shouldn't surprise me any more, but it always does.
