WACO, Texas (NBC) — We are getting a new perspective about what happened the day rival biker gangs shot each other at a Twin Peaks in Waco.
“Me and my other friend had been inside, and we got something to drink, and we came and sat down, and we were looking at menus, and then it happened,” said Kevin Rash. “I mean that quickly, and we scurried inside and started getting employees into the coolers and stuff.”
Rash just got out of jail and is now talking about what he saw that day in Waco. Rash was inside the Twin Peaks restaurant where an argument first started before the shooting moved to the parking lot. Last week, prosecutors described videos of the shooting where members of the Cossacks lined up on the Twin Peaks patio waiting for trouble. Rash says that’s not how it went down.
“There was a few guys hanging out there, but it wasn’t like anybody was lined up waiting for anything,” he said.
Rash says the only lineup was the people who were arrested. He’s one of the 170 taken to jail that day. Rash is a member of the Bogateers, a support club for the Cossacks motorcycle gang involved in the shooting.
“Yeah, let’s hear from the boot lickers how all those 45,000 bikers are big mean murdering drug dealing bad scum of the earth thug gang members.”

I would wager that all clubs, irrespective of their common interests, i.e., motorcycles, motor homes, bikes, Rotary, etc. etc. need rules and the like.
What separates them is whether they seek to be good citizens.
Some are, some aren’t.
The trick is to stay away FRom the bad guys, unless, of course, you are a bad guy!
Why would I or anyone else give much credence to your new found supporting of criminal outlaw bike gangs which goes hand in hand with the SOP in-house pervert pretender? Surely TM has no need in the non-serious now pretending to speak on his behalf.

I learn a lot about a person’s character by how they respond to overstatements on the forum.
I overstated my case, in that there was not a printed indication of testimony of waitresses for one particular biker who happened to be ill-treated by the authorities. I responded by retracting.
You overstated your case, falsely claiming I issued a death threat against someone on the forum. You responded with additional invective, without retracting.

On the other hand, I have tried diligently to not overstate anything on a serious thread. I am confident most will agree that on any of the recent mass of bike gang threads, not a thing I have posted has been a false claim or overstatement. Bike gangs generally are criminal by their nature. Bike gangs operate on intimidation, particularly of law abiding citizens. They do not have an upside.
Whether you ever care to admit, your tacit threat that Freeper TM would kill the poster to whom you were responding to was indeed beyond the normal bounds by which we are expected to conduct ourselves here. You post was very clear regardless of how you now try to dodge and divert. I could care less if you retract once it has become common knowledge. Character is how one behaves when no one else will know.
On many threads I and I assume others appreciate your humor. The threat was not humorous.

'Relatively innocent kids' crouched down making fists, while one kid placed his left hand on his left back pocket.
Given the ever increasingly dangerous situation, if I saw someone off my peripheral vision crouching, making a fist, reaching behind his back...I too would draw my weapon to defend myself. Two other officers came upon the scene and one officer gave chase to the crouching/reaching youth. Upon discerning the perceived genuine threat removed, the officer simply re-holstered his weapon and directed his attention to bikini girl.
Sadly, too many here don’t have the capacity to understand what you have written.

Well he did that, and now he’s out of a job! I’ve softened my opinion of the situation but only in light of the other sorry episodes this officer was involved with prior to this event. Nevertheless, he was running around in a semi-out of control mode prior to the gun incident. He should not have been there given what we are told subsequently was his state of mind, I place more blame on his supervisors that they didn’t treat him appropriately and for not sending him alone to the pool melee. Probably a good guy most of the time, but now after 12 years he’s going to have to find another line of work.

I believed he resigned due the enormous 'flack' he received because his treatment/actions towards bikini girl....not crouching threatening kid.I do agree that dealing with two suicides prior to being called to the scene of the illegal trespassing pool party/gate crashing youths would affect one's state of mind. His supervisor should establish new protocols to enable officers to 'deflate' prior to being placed in yet another stressful environment

I argued against TM’s recently using My Lai to bash anyone who disagrees on the biker gang subject. Maybe I am wrong, but I doubt TM would agree with or feel comfortable with your asinine and totally uncalled for threat.

Here's a bit of reality, and I offer it to you for free: It's called a bit of good advice, when someone tells you something bad could happen. I used the word 'could', not 'will' or 'would'.
That is no more a death threat than you making sense here, which is to say, it isn't, because you don't. LOL

O, I know. I'm really not trying to 'convert' someone who has so completely demonstrated their utter lack of character. All I can do is demonstrate my good character, point out their lack, and let all those who read make their own decisions. :)
