Biker arrested in Waco Twin Peaks shooting speaks
KXAN-TV Austin ^ | June 12, 2015

WACO, Texas (NBC) — We are getting a new perspective about what happened the day rival biker gangs shot each other at a Twin Peaks in Waco.

“Me and my other friend had been inside, and we got something to drink, and we came and sat down, and we were looking at menus, and then it happened,” said Kevin Rash. “I mean that quickly, and we scurried inside and started getting employees into the coolers and stuff.”

Rash just got out of jail and is now talking about what he saw that day in Waco. Rash was inside the Twin Peaks restaurant where an argument first started before the shooting moved to the parking lot. Last week, prosecutors described videos of the shooting where members of the Cossacks lined up on the Twin Peaks patio waiting for trouble. Rash says that’s not how it went down.

“There was a few guys hanging out there, but it wasn’t like anybody was lined up waiting for anything,” he said.

Rash says the only lineup was the people who were arrested. He’s one of the 170 taken to jail that day. Rash is a member of the Bogateers, a support club for the Cossacks motorcycle gang involved in the shooting.

If they’re illegally dealing drugs then arrest them for that.

Not arrogant at all, just right.

As the consummate FR go to shite stirrer, you were far from cool when you made a death threat by Travis against Freeper
mac-truck. Do you not read what you type or is it you assume you can just get by with anything regardless of how outrageous?

I argued against TM’s recently using My Lai to bash anyone who disagrees on the biker gang subject. Maybe I am wrong, but I doubt TM would agree with or feel comfortable with your asinine and totally uncalled for threat.

I ask again, where is the “testimony”, you referred to in 88? This link is to not swore to hearsay by a person just released from jail involved with the Waco gangs shootout, who might have some motivation to stretch the truth.

Maybe you do not know what “testimony” is.

Do you know if “criminal enterprise” (or a variation of the term) is a legal term or just a term of convenience used by the media and law enforcement?

Texas law uses the terms "combination" and "organized street gang."

I woke up feeling charitable this morning so I am going to give you a clue. Do some research on two related concepts.

1. Cover story
2. Plausible deniability.

Obviously, the reference to My Lai has no resonance for you. Perhaps some research there would be beneficial also.

OR

You could continue to lash out, exposing your ignorance for all to see.

Either choice works for me.

Coming to being against the background of a more or less Protestant view of Christian faith, it believed that God had the power to make a sufficiently reverent society right without the need to busybodily police it into every obedience or ferret out every possible wrong. It did not need a church-state to find and press it into confession for every evil.

And I think loss of this viewpoint has turned modern American government more and more inquisitional.

We don’t miss the water till the well runs dry.

I mean without the need for PEOPLE to do that.

God was understood as being capable of that if He was honored in general.

Basically: “Who cares, when there is a bunch of hoods to mow down, how it is carried out?”

The “War On Drugs” is a war that a lot of those who prosecute it really don’t want to be won.

It’s too lucrative to keep playing rope a dope with it. And medium scale dealers don’t complain a lot about the taxes they pay in the form of periodic confiscations, because then a fat and happy police that looks for the lazy way will then leave them alone, satisfied that they can brag about making a dent that exists only in their heads.

“$1 million Bond was not unreasonable to keep them off the streets. Same as would be for any other TERRORIST.” - XS

That right there is laughable. The police shoot-up a bunch of (unruly?, framed by UC?, Infiltrated?, just having lunch and going to a political meeting?) bikers, nine die, and this is what you call due process for 170 citizens?

How many of the nine dead do you think were killed by bikers?

When you toss a stone over the fence, the dog hit is the one that barks.

Another truism, you might want to consider, “when you find yourself in a hole, its a real good idea to quit digging”.

You still trying the lame claim that your biker gang friends were only discussing ‘motorcycle safety’ and were only having fun squirting one another with water pistols when the bad police started firing real guns at them? Is that the ticket? That’s your sad comparison to My Lai?

Funny thing about the Waco PD making a statement, if they are lying, it won’t hold up in any court and all the nice biker “club members” will walk because of it.

I don’t really have a lot of faith in police actions in general having heard many of the real Keystone Cops antics while on juries, but I do have a lot of faith in the court system. I can also smell a BS line a mile off and every one of these biker gang apologist threads is ripe with steaming BS, who you bike gang apologists think Freepers are dumb enough to swallow.

Since I can only assure you I heard the broadcast in which this information was given to me, and cannot find it in print anywhere, I will retract. For now.

You are just being absurd, now.

Let us review exactly what I said: "LOL! Yer writin' checks yer ass can't cash. TM could kill you as an casual afterthought. I won't share TM's credentials. That's on Travis."

So. Where's the 'death threat'?

OMG!!! I just read something on a Black and Decker power tool: "Please read the user manual before operating this SkillSaw. Failure to do so could result in injury or death." BLACK AND DECKER JUST THREATENED TO KILL ME!!!!11!

OMG!!! I just read something on a Revlon hair drier: "Do not operate in shower or around open water. Operating in this fashion could cause death." REVELON JUST THREATENED TO KILL ME!!!!11!

OMG!!! I just read something on a sign at Panther Creek waterfalls in North Georgia: "Do not stand too close to waterfalls. You may fall and this could be fatal." THE STATE OF GEORGIA JUST THREATENED TO KILL ME!!!!11!

Here's a bit of reality, and I offer it to you for free: It's called a bit of good advice, when someone tells you something bad could happen. I used the word 'could', not 'will' or 'would'.

That is no more a death threat than you making sense here, which is to say, it isn't, because you don't. LOL

“How many of the nine dead do you think were killed by bikers?”

Probably quite a few.

“Almost immediately fighting erupts, and gunshots come, killing and executing each other at point blank range,” said Jarrett.”

Glad you had the juice to outrun trouble! The irony is these guys talk about “freedom” and “liberty”, but then build rules like paying tribute to other clubs, riding order, and rules about passing, waves, etc. Not really a fan of this type of construct - it seems counter to individualism, I guess folks put up with it to be a part of a club.
