I don’t know what rights you were referring to, but opening your very large family up to hundreds of hours of TV reality show filming seems to be a pretty statement of “we are an open book” so when that book gets read they really don’t have the fall back of “we want our privacy.” Intact it could be argued the Duggars are paid to be “public” entities.
