Hillary Clinton plays to raucous but HALF-EMPTY arena at black university as she claims opponents want to 'disempower and disenfranchise people of color'
Hillary Clinton closed a three-day campaign fundraising swing through Texas and New Mexico on Thursday with a rare public appearance at Texas Southern University in Houston and a stemwinder on voting rights.
She took no questions and spoke with no reporters, but angrily complained that Texas voters can present their concealed-carry gun permits as a voter ID, but not their college student identification cards.
Clinton was received with wild applause at the historically black college, but organizers arranged the 8,100-seat basketball arena so that three-quarters of the seats were roped off and empty.
They added rows of chairs on the floor, but 15-foot-tall blue curtains draped all around blocked the view of entire sections of empty seats, leaving the impression that Clinton couldn't fill the room.
The university didn't provide a crowd count, but an arena security official estimated that there were 2,200 in attendance.

Hillary hates everyone but herself and Satan. This is why she is disingenuous.
The people who support Hillary! are not the kind of people who go to or listen to campaign speeches.

“2200 is half of 8000. Must be a common core reporter.”.....
By Common Core standards, that’s “close enough”.
Ever since we HEARD of her. she has been covering herself with s^%t.
NOW she wants to be President?
“She took no questions and spoke with no reporters, but angrily complained that Texas voters can present their concealed-carry gun permits as a voter ID, but not their college student identification cards”
She’s an idiot! a Texas carry permit means you are from Texas. A college id just means go attend that college.
The student could be from anywhere. Students vote at their
LEGAL (I know I know Rats don’t understand the word “legal”)
addresses by absentee ballots. Just because you attend a
college/university somewhere doesn’t give you voting rights in that district. And she supposedly went to law school.
What an idiot!!
Don’t mistake her for being an idiot. She isn’t; she’s evil. She knows exactly what you just said. She was intentionally saying this for two reasons:
1) to say that a carry ID is good in the eyes of Texas government (i.e., guns-bad, license-bad = Texas government bad), and
2) college students’ rights are violated because Texas government doesn’t think their college IDs are valid enough to prove who you are.
Any time they can connect anything related to guns with their pet issues (like legalizing illegals)they’ll do it.
The truth is a carry license is a fully vetted document that proves a number of things - on is that you have a verified legal Texas residence and that you have shown a birth certificate (and a number of other things). A college ID serves only to prove you are a student on a campus. Nothing more. You could be illegal, an out-of-state resident or a foreigner here on a student visa, etc.
Democrats are all about lies, half-truths and diversions. They know exactly what the story is on every issue they promulgate. They just choose to obfuscate and lie.
As Rush says “If a Democrat told you the truth - what they think and what they want to really do, no one would vote for them.”
If blacks are now realizing they’ve been sold out by a black guy who is clean with no trace of a Negro accent, why would they ever believe a rich old white lady? Not that they’ll ever support “white devil” Republicans, but they may well support someone else in the primaries (or simply stay home).
While things suck all around, they are noticeably worse in the urban slums; those fools have voted themselves eight years of worse misery than before. I certainly see many fewer in the workplace (generally replaced by Hispanics).
“Dont mistake her for being an idiot. She isnt; shes evil”
WELL PUT! She is evil. That was my point - you said it better than I did.
She advocated leapfrogging the states’ laws, with Washington, D.C. forcing them to implement universal, automatic voter registration for all citizens.

Well, in the first place, how does the Federal Government override State Election Laws for all 50 states with one swoop? Can’t happen, and even if it was possible, I think she is s.o.l. on that one. From various reports, the Clintons and Obamas do NOT like each other. I don’t think that Prez dude, or Valerie Jarrett, will make this happen by the next election in order to help Hillary’s chances of victory. Anybody got an opinion on this?
“Somebody send her an email!’
I wish I could.
I feel so sorry for Hillary I want to tell her she needs to grab her black audience’s attention and promise them she will do for blacks all across America what her husband did for blacks while he was governor of Arkansas.
She can start by telling blacks all about how her husband was sued for racial profiling and then she can really grab their attention by telling them all about the law suite against her husband for voter disenfranchisement.
Yes Hillary, promise blacks to continue the Clinton legacy.
Half empty?
Hmm.
Recall the Ditzy Chicks playing at “sold out” but empty venues?
I don’t think she’ll get nearly the turnout if black voters as Obama or her husband.
That dude certainly had some major eyebrows.
Maybe even Colonel eyebrows!
What is that from?
That picture is from a movie shooting.
There are others that were of Obama campaign events in a stadium where dummies were used, but most have been scrubbed from the internet.
