Somewhat misleading headline and story. The PACs are near $100 million now and the campaign is around $40 million. He’s mixing the two.

Yeah, I was somewhat confused by this part: “Though Childs, McNair and Mercer are some of the most premier names in the Republican donor world, only one of those top 2012 donors, the super PAC leader said, ranks among the top three donors to the Cruz super PACs.”

It would seem there has to be more $$$.

Just the top five bundlers (not donors) in my state have already raised more than they’re talking about here.

“we have many very good candidates (not perfect, but very good).”

Ahh, no we don’t. A RINO gallery.

Are you talking about more than 31 million? For Cruz?

Here’s the results for only the top two bundlers (not contributors) just here in Texas for the campaign (not the SuperPACs), as of right now: $614,833.04 and $510,650.00. What does that tell you?

A lot of them will piss in their own (and our) shoes anyway if he doesn't win. They give a bad name to low information democrat voters and that's more than unfortunate, it's despicable.

I think he's our best shot, I like him more than the others, but there is one other very good one, and a lot of other ones I could support with pleasure (not Jeb, Crispy, Grahamnesty, Ryan, Rubio), unlike the last couple of times.

I have posted this twice and I shall post it a million times because it makes me feel good.

I am going to vote for Ted Cruz as President. I do not care whether is on the ballot...though I pray he will be...
or not.
I shall simply write his name in the proper place. Voila, I voted for Cruz. No staying home, no settling for anyone else....no whining.

Oh, they love him in TX. He is raising money like mad. I give as much as I can...his small donations are huge. He is getting bigger donors to drop major money on his campaign.

I am with you. It is impressive and that is why these polls are silly.

It’s also a reason that, with all due respect, people like Walker are going to have trouble keeping up with him in states like Florida...this is why Ted can expand the map.

a shocking haul and donor list for such a populist Republican candidate amid a crowded 2016 field.

Is this the way CNN says "unexpected?"

They're shocked and we're thrilled. A fair trade I reckon.

She basically sealed her political presidential campaign fate with the bad optics and telling that old woman to get back at the end of the line.

I have wondered if the "old woman" was a plant. If so, somebody's brilliant.

This article mentions a man I’ve never heard of previously who contributed $10 million to one of Cruz’s associated SuperPACs:

So it would be accurate to say Ted Cruz’s campaign war chest is around $ 140 at this point including the Super PACs ?

I was never good at math, but that is probably well within the range of the possible.

Many are going cling to their favorite canidate with no viable chance of winning so we will wind up with Jeb Bush getting the nomination like the last time.

Circular firing squad ?

In this case ?

Circular, canceling out, clining to my favorite canidate inspite that they dont have a viable chance to win clinging squad.

At this point Ted Cruz is the only Conservative Canidate with a viable chance to win.

Hope people wake up out of their stuper before it’s to late before Jeb Bush gains momentum.
