Sunday on CNN’s “Inside Politics,’ host John King pointed to a “Washington Post” story detailing that within 24 hours of her telling ABC news last year that she was, “dead broke” after leaving the White House the Clinton gave speeches making $700,000 in fees.

It is my theory that $700,000 was money the Clinton Enterprise did not need to hide from the IRS because of its non-profit Foundation 501-C status. The Clinton Foundation was founded in 2001, the year Slick Willy left office. Maybe before that, money was being hidden off shore.

Me too. Hubby and I have worked our whole lives and have what we consider a nice amount put away. We both are retired and have income coming in. We were smart, bought a house, stayed in it and paid it off so that now we live pretty darn good....but $700k in 24 hrs? Wow!
